I’m Sharon Egebrecht, a REALTOR® in DuPage County, IL. I’ve lived in Illinois for many years and have over 35 years of experience buying and selling real estate. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I majored in marketing and retailing and minored in design. I worked in various negotiating positions, then transitioned to full-time real estate work, which I’ve been doing for over 17 years. I love helping others, getting involved with design, and doing what I can to bring others the homes they want in the beautiful state of Illinois.

Since I’ve worked in negotiation industries, I know how to stand up for the side I represent. I use those skills to assist my buyers during the closing sale, trying to lower the price and come to an agreement. I do the same with my sellers, standing alongside them and securing the best deal possible. Thanks to my marketing and design experience, I have an excellent eye that helps me prepare homes for the market.
